All families must be registered through our online system. Once you’re registered you’ll be able to view, enroll, pay, and plan ahead for classes, camps, & workshops. If you need help registering online please contact us and we can set up an account for you. That same link can schedule a free trial class as well.

It's our belief that children should be given time & space to try out different creative outlets. Yes, we want to teach your child the technique and life lessons of dance, however, a well rounded individual should have multiple interests and be given the opportunity to explore them. We offer flexible make up classes, the opportunity to shift schedules when needed. We're here when you want to dance & we'll cheer you on wherever life takes you!Blossom & Bloom will NEVER participate in competitions. It’s against our core values. The director of B&B, Beverly, believes that there is nothing to gain when art becomes competitive. We will provide opportunities to showcase skills learned & perform but competition is unnecessary.

Class sizes range from 10-15 students. Our teachers are supported by Teaching Assistants that help foster a positive classroom environment.

Yes, our dance class dress code can be found here: DRESS CODE. Target, Walmart, and Amazon are good options for leotards, tights, shoes, etc. If you know of a great, local brick and mortar store that's selling dance goods tell us about them! We would LOVE to shop small and support local.

For classes with a monthly tuition, a registration fee is charged at the time of enrollment and annually each August. Registration fees are not refundable with the exception of preschool students who are determined to be unready for dance and may receive a credit for the following seasonCostume fees, recital fees, picture day purchases and other similar fees are not included within tuition.We never want someone to stop taking classes because of finances. We offer financial aid and would love to assist you.

BBCA provides a password protected livestream to immediate family members listed on the student's account. This password changes periodically to ensure the privacy of our students. It is the family's responsibility to know the updated password by checking in at the lobby. We offer Parent Participation & Observation days where you will be in class and dancing with your child! These are scheduled at the beginning of the session and will be on our calendar. Instructors may opt to allow parents into the studio at the end of a class to show what they’ve learned. This is at the teacher’s discretion. If you ever have a question or concern please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here for you!

We host a December & June Recital each year. Participation is not required but highly encouraged. This provides a sense of closure to the season as students show what they’ve learned! We also offer additional performance opportunities through our Performance Groups.

We offer a multi-class & sibling discount that is automatically applied as you enroll.

Enrollment is ongoing. However, the option to perform will periodically close due to costume order cutoff dates. Dancers can FULLY participate in class without performing.

Yes! Private lessons start at age 6 and availability is based on the instructor. $30 for 30 minutes & $45 for 45 minutes. Private lessons are for 1-2 students with no change to the fee. To book a small group class, starting at 3 students, contact us.

Traditional dance classes begin at age 3 with Blossom & Bloom! We offer classes for ages 0-2 through our partners at JoyBabe Parenthood Studio in La Mesa. We understand that your child may LOVE to dance at home, however, there are many factors that go into starting independent dance classes. Potty training, separation anxiety, social preparedness, and more play a factor into student readiness. Let them be little 😊

We can! Get a group of at least 3 who want to participate and we’ll add it to the schedule! In the past we've hosted barre, yoga, jazz, hip hop, & more.

B&B will consider adding an additional class to the schedule, if space allows. Otherwise, you can add a wish list class on our Class Request Form or at the front desk so that, with enough requests for the same class/time, we can work on adding the class.
